Firstly congratulations on a great website - very informative and user friendly

Secondly I was in today at the centre and you freely gave me replacement plants for 6 that had died. This, along with another positive experience a few weeks ago in the centre, will ensure that I will be bypassing ******** and going to yourselves. I am new to the centre and am extremely impressed with the quality of service and plants on offer.
